We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation and email address) to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.

Data sharing policy in IAEG 2026 congress app
Before you proceed to share your personal data with other participants of this event, we kindly request you to carefully read the following statement, and provide your explicit consent as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Purpose of data sharing: A part of the personal data you provide during the registration process will be shared in the IAEG 2026 congress app to foster collaboration and networking during and after the event.

The personal data shared by default includes : First name, Last name, Email, University/Institute/Company and Country.

Withdrawal of consent: You have the right to modify or withdraw your consent at any time. You can select the fields you want to share in the attendee hub. If you choose to withdraw your consent, your personal data will be removed from the app, but keep in mind that some participants may have already downloaded your contact details.

Data retention: Your personal data will remain available to other participants of this event until you withdraw your consent, or when the event is put offline by the organizer.

Before Tuesday, 1 September 2026, 24:00 CET: Full refund minus €50 administration fee.
From Tuesday, 1 September 2026, 00:00 CET to Saturday, 17 October 2026, 24:00 CET: 50% refund minus €50 administration fee.
After Saturday, 17 October 2026, 24:00 CET: No refunds. (Exceptional cases may be reviewed by the organisation.)
No-shows: No refund.
Refunds will be processed after Tuesday, 10 November 2026.
