Cancellation Policy
All times are in Central European Time (CET).
- Before Tuesday, 1 September 2026, 24:00 CET: Full refund minus €50 administration fee.
- From Tuesday, 1 September 2026, 00:00 CET to Saturday, 17 October 2026, 24:00 CET: 50% refund minus €50 administration fee.
- After Saturday, 17 October 2026, 24:00 CET: No refunds. (Exceptional cases may be reviewed by the organisation.)
- No-shows: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed after Tuesday, 10 November 2026
